Please be advised to fast with wisdom and to talk with your doctor if your diet requires you to eat. We want to make sure we are praying, most importantly, while we consecrate ourselves.

Week 1: 6am-12pm (water only) *No processed foods after 12:00pm (noon) to continue the habit of fasting.*

Week 2: 6am-3pm (water only) *No processed foods after 3:00pm to continue the habit of fasting.* Week 3: 6am-6pm (water only)

WHOLE GRAINS: Brown Rice, Oats, Barley
LEGUMES: Dried Beans, Pinto Beans, Split Peas, Lentils, Black Eyed Peas
FRUITS: Apples, Apricots, Bananas, Blackberries, Blueberries, Boysenberries, Cantaloupe, Cherries, Cranberries, Figs, Grapefruit, Grapes, Guava, Honeydew Melon, Kiwi, Lemons, Limes, Mangoes, Nectarines, Papayas, Peaches, Pears, Pineapples, Plums, Prunes, Raisins, Raspberries, Strawberries, Tangelos, Tangerines, Watermelon
