Please complete registration as we aim to make sure we are following all CDC Guildines.
All registrants MUST complete our Covid-19 Pre-Screening Form on Sunday, December 31st before 9:30pm.
The Covid-19 Pre-Screening Form will be sent via email and will be released on Sunday, December 31st at 9:45pm EST.
You may register more than one person at the same time. If you've registered more than one (1) person, every person registered MUST complete the Covid-19 Pre-Screening separately, which will be released on Sunday, December 31st at 9:45pm EST.
